We are excited to share with you a resource that is free and simple and will help you stay connected with other people in our church and in the loop with everything that is going on here at MPC! If you find yourself wanting a central place you can go when you are looking for someone’s contact information, or maybe the link to register for that event you kind of remember is coming up, or just to access or adjust your giving details but don’t know who to contact, this is something you will want to check out. With this app called Church Center, you can access safe and secure online giving, event registration, connect with your small group, update your profile and family information, and access the church directory.
Simply search for the Church Center App in the Apple Store or Google Play, and install the app on your device. Use your location to locate the churches in your area that use Church Center, or search for Mandarin Pres in the search bar, and select MPC.
There are no passwords required, just enter your cell number and you will receive a text message to verify it is you. Use the code provided in the text message to log into your account. Once you are logged in, you can access all kinds of great resources:
Home Tab
At the home tab, you can tap the profile button on the top right to access your giving history, event registration, small group and ministry team involvement, and saved payment methods. You can update your contact information here as well which is detailed here:
- If you need to make changes to your profile in Church Center, click on your initials or picture in the top right after you have logged in.
- Make changes to the profile, and then tap Update to save.

Directory Tab
By tapping on the Directory tab, you can access the church directory and be able to access shared information from anyone in the church. In your profile, you can determine what others see when they access your records, such as phone number, email, photo, address, or even birthday and anniversary.
Giving Tab
The Giving tab allows you to make a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift. First, you enter the amount and hit next. Then you can select the fund and whether it is a one-time or recurring gift. You then have the option to pay through an ACH transfer from your bank account, set up a credit card payment, or even pay through Apple Pay. Whichever option you choose, the app will let you know what the service fee is and will ask if you want to cover that cost as well. It will also let you know if there is a giving option with lesser processing fees.
Event Tab
The Event tab allows you to see upcoming events and allows you to register for them with ease with just a few taps on your device.
Groups Tab
Tap the Groups tab. When you tap on this icon, you can view groups that you are a member of, or use this tab to find new groups that you would like to learn more about. Through this app, you can text the group that you are a member of. Send encouraging messages to your group throughout the week or continue conversations that you had at your last group meeting. It’s even a quick easy way to send directions to the location where your group will be meeting next.
