New Sermon Series this Fall

On September 13th, MPC launched a 10-week study on the Book of Proverbs called “Wise up!” that seeks to apply God’s wisdom to our daily lives. A lot of human suffering is a result of our own stupidity, or what the Book of Proverbs calls foolishness. Foolishness leads to pain, suffering, and destruction. It wreaks havoc on our lives, families and communities.  There are a lot of dummies out there and sometimes we are the dummies (fools)!  The anecdote to foolishness is wisdom, which unmasks lies, flees temptation, guides around trouble, repairs relationships, and anchors a fruitful life. Small group guides will be available September 13th. For more information or to join a small group, emailJessica Konker.
