SCAMP hours are 9am - 12pm, Drop off is 830am on Monday & 850am Tuesday-Friday.

  • VPK and Kindergarten Campers are located on our Mandarin Rd Campus - 11844 Mandarin Rd
  • 1st-5th Grade Campers are located on our Loretto Road Campus - 2501 Loretto Rd

To bring lists:

  • Wear SCAMP t-shirts every day. Your child will receive one on Monday.
  • Bring reusable water bottles every day. Please label them with your child's name.

Completed VPK & Kindergarten Campers:
If your child has just finished VPK and Kindergarten, your child will attend SCAMP on our Mandarin Road Campus, 11844 Mandarin Road

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures:
Drop Off: In the mornings, you may drop your child(ren) off between 8:50-9am Tuesday-Friday (Monday is an exception. You may come between 8:30-9am). This gives our volunteers time to check-in and be ready to welcome your child for the day. 

  • On Monday, please park and enter on the Church Office side of our building and go to the Fellowship Hall, where you’ll check-in and receive your child’s color group & class location as well as your car sign for pick-up. Then, you will take your child to their classroom to meet their leader. They will receive their SCAMP t-shirt, name badge lanyard, and security ID number. You will receive a matching card with the same number (see pick-up instructions for how this will work).
  • On Tuesday-Friday, you may drop-off your child directly to their classroom.

Pick-up: You will pick-up your child by getting in the pick-up lane (those of you who are familiar with our Preschool will recognize this procedure.) We’ll form 3 lines so as to expedite pick-up and allow cars not to back up onto Mandarin Road. So, please pull off the road as quickly as you can and get into one of the lines. Then, display the car sign in your window and pull around to the back of our campus keeping the playground to your left. Once our Campus Director sees your car sign, they will announce your child’s name and color group. You’ll pull forward to the next set of double-doors. There, you’ll be asked to show your security card to verify your identity and collect your child.

What if we have a different pick-up person than drop-off person? If you choose to have someone pick-up your child other than the person who dropped them off, the process is simple. Please give your car tag to the pick-up person when possible. You can do one of two things: you can give the “pick-up” person your security card, or you can send the “pick-up” person a picture of the security card. Upon pick-up, an adult must display the security card with matching number or a picture of the card in order to be allowed to pick-up your child. 

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE  A PICTURE OF YOUR SECURITY CARD AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT TO MAKE YOUR WEEK EASIER.

Check-in and receive your child’s color group & class location. Then, you will take your child to their classroom to meet their leader.   • Tuesday-Friday, you may drop-off your child directly to their classroom.

Extended Day Hours (for those who have previously registered only): 12pm to 5:30pm.

Hey Extended Day Families!
We are so excited for our afternoons next week and can’t wait to meet all your kids. This year we are running two Extended Day programs: VPK/K and 1st-5th. Stacey Johns is our VPK/K Director and has many years running this program. She is the mom of 4 girls and works for Mandarin Presbyterian Preschool. She is also on our Sunday morning preschool kids staff and coordinates all their curriculum! Elizabeth Pauly is our 1-5 Director and has many years volunteering on our SCAMP team. Elizabeth is a senior at UCF majoring in elementary ed. Last summer she worked for Club Scientific in Orlando and she is bringing lots of fun to our program! You will also see Wendy Greer (our Kids Director) and Jenn Arnold (our Next Gen Pastor) in the afternoon at check out.
Please note: 

  • All children attending the Extended Day program will be picked up at our Mandarin Road Campus (11844 Mandarin Road, 32223).
  • Children who are attending SCAMP on our Loretto Road Campus will be transported to our Mandarin Road Campus by church staff.
  • Please send lunch with your child every day. An afternoon snack  will be provided.
  • All children attending Extended Day will be picked up at our Mandarin Road Campus anytime before 5:30pm. Enter through the big white double doors at our Main Church Office entrance. (Look for the white columns.)
  • Please park and come inside. There, you’ll be asked to show your security number to verify your identity and collect your child.

SCAMP Family Night is June 26th
Join us for SCAMP Family Night: a fun & light-hearted celebration of SCAMP week. The night includes a free pizza dinner, served outside on our courtyard, followed by a presentation with a weekly wrap-up video & songs from all our SCAMP campers. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend!! 
Note: Please RSVP only if you plan to eat dinner. This helps us with our food preparation. Please do not include in your number anyone who is attending Family Night, but will not be eating.

Friday is Water Day! Campers wear their swimsuits under your SCAMP t-shirt and shorts.
They will be wearing their clothes on the slides. Bring a towel!

All VPK, Kindergarten and Elementary Extended Day Campers need to bring a change of clothes. Elementary Campers (who aren't staying for Extended Day) will go home wet!
