SCAMP hours are 9am - 12pm, Drop off is 830am-9am Monday-Friday.

  • Camp for all campers is located on our Mandarin Road Campus Road Campus - 11844 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville. 

To bring lists:

  • Wear SCAMP t-shirts every day. Your child will receive one on Monday.
  • Bring reusable water bottles every day. Please label them with your child's name.


Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures:
Drop Off: In the mornings, you may drop your child(ren) off between 8:30-9am Monday-Friday.

  • On Monday, please park in any open space and walk with your camper to our check-in area. We'll have plenty of parking attedants to help you! Look for volunteers at one of the marked kiosks at the Mandarin Road Side of our campus. Check-in and receive your child’s color group, name badge lanyard, with security number. You will receive a parent card with a matching security number. (see pick-up instructions for how this will work.) Your camper then will enter our Camp Fun Zone for pre-camp games. It is our goal to make camp check-in go quickly and smoothly so expect a friendly and welcoming team to help expedite your camper & help them get into the Fun Zone quickly!
  • Tuesday-Friday, you will pull into our campus at marked signs and get in our drop-off line. Our parking crew will direct you and you'll pull around to our drop-off lane where our Camp Crew will open your car door so your child can be dropped off & enter in our Fun Zone for pre-camp games.

Pick-up:  All pick-up details, including a map of which door to enter the building for child pick-up will be updated soon.  Note: at pick-up, you’ll be asked to show your security card to verify your identity and collect your child.

What if we have a different pick-up person than drop-off person? If you choose to have someone pick-up your child other than the person who dropped them off, the process is simple. You can do one of two things: you can give the “pick-up” person your security card, or you can send the “pick-up” person a picture of the security card. Upon pick-up, an adult must display the security card with matching number or a picture of the card in order to be allowed to pick-up your child. 

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE  A PICTURE OF YOUR SECURITY CARD AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT TO MAKE YOUR WEEK EASIER.


Extended Day Hours (for those who have previously registered only): 12pm to 5:30pm.

Hey Extended Day Families!
We are so excited for our afternoons next week and can’t wait to meet all your kids. 
Please note: 

  • Please send lunch with your child every day. An afternoon snack  will be provided.
  • All children attending Extended Day can be picked up anytime before 5:30pm. Enter through the big white double doors at our Main Church Office entrance. (Look for the white columns.)
  • Please park and come inside. There, you’ll be asked to show your security number to verify your identity and collect your child.

Friday is Water Day! Campers wear their swimsuits under your SCAMP t-shirt and shorts.
They will be wearing their clothes on the slides. Bring a towel!

All Extended Day Campers need to bring a change of clothes. Campers who aren't staying for Extended Day will go home wet!

Note: What is different about camp this year? Our church is growing and we're so excited! Because of this growth, this summer, our Loretto Campus is under construction. We're building a few things, but the main thing on that campus is a NextGen building. Praise the Lord!! Because of this, our Main Campus at 2501 Loretto Road will not be a camp location for Scamp and Winshape camps. This means for this year only, we had to limit our camper numbers to those who have completed Kindergarten-5th grades. If you have campers who have just compelted VPK, we'd love to invite them to attend MPP Camp.
